It is very easy to install windows XP on PowerEdge SC440.
All you need to do is just install the chepset drivers by exploring the cd and restart the server and then install the ATI Driver from CD and then the last one is the Network which is prety much simple put the dell driver CD in the CD Drive and refresh the Network Adapter from the Device Manger and It will pick it up auto.
Remember That Dell never ever said any where that Windows XP is compatiable with this server.
